HANNAH SIM-PHAN is a San Jose-based pastry chef and the CEO of Hannah, Inc.
Prior to the opening of her own shop, Hannah attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating CCA, she interned at The Palace Hotel under the program, focusing in pastry. From there, she worked at Sugar Butter Flour in Sunnyvale, Ca. for 3 years---ultimately inspiring her to start her own business in 2009.
HannaH Coffee Tea & Sweets hits a wide array of taste buds from savory sandwiches, sweet pastries and delectable coffee drinks.
During business hours, you can find Hannah catching up with locals, laughing with her staff or coming up with new recipes for seasonal desserts. She particularly enjoys making wedding cakes and has been known for her animated-tiered cakes for birthdays and events. When she's not at the shop, Hannah loves spending time with friends, dining out with her husband Allen and spending quality time with their three dogs, Chip, Buster and Ruffles.
